Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Aberdeen, and other rural places would require an additional working day. For these places, orders placed by 12pm on Thursday for "Next Day Delivery" will be delivered on the third working day.

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We use DHL Express Service to ship parcels in the United Kingdom, which takes about 1–2 working days. In the United Kingdom, working days are defined as Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding public holidays. DHL Express will send you an email and text message with tracking information once your order has been sent, usually within an hour of it being collected. It's possible that a signature will be required on your delivery when it arrives.
